Then come and hit the RESET button in 2019. This course will provide you with both a nutritional coaching and a workout designed to get you started on the right path for the new year.

Nutrition:

Meet 1x week, 30 mins

10 Day Nutrition Cleanse + Nutrition guidelines

Weekly nutrition accountability call

Fitness:

Meet 2x week, 55 mins for training

Work with a periodized fitness program

Develop your foundations to progress adequately

  • Start by doing an Inbody scan, followed by a 10 day cleanse. Work out with fundamental mobility techniques and baseline of strength.

  • After the cleanse work on your new nutritional guidelines. Train on strength and endurance sessions.

  • Create food logs and build a daily accountability program. Progress to high intensity interval training and performance drills.
